Resident doctor in psychotherapy at the RSU Clinic of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy.
Dr. Zariņa obtained her medical degree from Riga Stradiņš University. During her studies, she developed a strong interest in psychosomatics and psychotherapy, actively attending various guest lectures and elective courses.
She believes that psychotherapy fosters emotional balance and self-understanding, which can enhance both mental and physical health.
