Silvija Cīpare is a third-year resident in adult psychiatry with plans to pursue doctoral studies. She graduated from Riga Stradiņš University with a medical degree and, alongside her clinical practice, teaches psychiatry to medical students at the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology at Riga Stradiņš University. She regularly expands her expertise by attending professional conferences and seminars.
Her background in somatic medicine provides a holistic perspective on health, integrating both physical and mental aspects of well-being.
Her professional interests include the interaction between brain biology and mental processes, innovative approaches to the treatment of mental disorders, and psychotherapy, with a particular emphasis on the inseparable connection between the mind and body. In her clinical practice, she is committed to an evidence-based approach and to building respectful, compassionate relationships with her patients.
She provides consultations in Latvian, English and Russian.
