I am interested in today's fast-paced world, where technology advances more rapidly than our ability to build meaningful human relationships. As a psychotherapist, I see my role as helping people reconnect with themselves and with others—where connection has been lost but the need for it remains; where relationships become a space for healing rather than just another task; and where emotional regulation and physical health are understood as interconnected processes, especially at a time when an increasing number of people are living with chronic pain.
